Now that the weather is starting to get a little cooler here in Oklahoma, there is nothing I love more than to snuggle up on the couch, watch a movie, and enjoy a good bowl of soup. I am pretty picky when it comes to soup. It has to be the right texture and consistency, and this potato soup is perfect when it comes to the above. It is thick and creamy and delicious.

This is also the closest flavor and texture to the potato soup that they serve at Disneyland, which is also a huge plus. My only regret for this recipe is not making bread bowls! Major miss on that, but I will definitely do that next time.
