Copy Cat Chicken Salad Chick- Lauryn's Lemon Basil

The first time I had chicken salad was when I moved to Oklahoma 2 years ago. Crazy right?! I soon became obsessed with Chicken Salad Chick's Lauryn's Lemon Basil. There is a restaurant right by my work and it takes every bit of my strength to not go there everyday for lunch. I figured it would be better for my wallet if I figured out the recipe and made it at home. This tastes so similar I was so happy! Of course all the ingredients are from Aldi or Walmart. I used a rotisserie chicken for this recipe and will use the rest of the chicken in other recipes this week. I will also definitely be making this again for lunch tomorrow.
